Who are we?

INGENSIA is a Belgian recruitment company offering services in the fields of engineering with registered address at Chaussée de la Hulpe 185, 1170 Brussels in Belgium. INGENSIA is a Private company with limited liability

 

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you send us your resume via our website by clicking on info@ingensia.be or when you send us your resume by mail (info@ingensia.be or to your Business Manager) or though a telephone screening or face to face interview in our offices.

 
What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, languages skills, birth date, salary expectations, professional experiences and information regarding your career and professional expectations.

 
How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

  • Save them in our candidates’ database;
  • Submit your resume to our customers;
  • Prepare a contract mentioning your name, address, function, salary package, …
  • Share it to insurances companies working with us for group and hospital insurance purposes (employees only)
  • Care about your salary payment (in collaboration with SDWORX)
  • Contact you in the future for job opportunities

 

We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example the social report, DIMONA). We will hold your personal information on our systems for 2 years.

 
Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal information is accessible to our internal staff (Business Managers and recruiters) and may be communicated to our customers for a job vacancy upon your written consent

We may pass your information (resume) to our third-party service providers, agents subcontractors, Managed Service Providers in order to respect the way candidates have to be submitted to a customer.

We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a recruitment procedure, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our supporters and customers. However, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

 
Your choices

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct communications for job purposes from us, then you can send an e-mail to info@ingensia.be asking for the deletion of your data in our systems.
